Circulat Biotech, LLC has international Intellectual Property and Patents of Circulat®.
Circulat® is produced by the experienced manufacturer Nulab Inc. in Florida, in compliance with relevant U.S. standards which follows US GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Circulat® active components are supplied by Naturex SA, a prestigious manufacturer of botanical pharmaceutical ingredients founded in 1992 in France, with European and North American presence, which follows international GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Dr. José Olalde, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Brings extensive experience in botanical and herbal medicine, established the biggest network of integrative medical centers in South America and Puerto Rico, and led the design of 30 herbal formulations which have achieved the status of Botanical Drugs in Venezuela for the treatment of Chronic Degenerative Diseases. He holds multiple biomedical patents in the U.S., Russia, and Mexico.
Henry Bloch, Vice President & CFO
Has been the major shareholder of several leading companies in Venezuela and has extensive experience in financial negotiations and business investments, both in Venezuela and abroad. He served as financial advisor and vice-president with Oppenheimer for over 20 years and was co-founder and chief financial officer for AGDM (Americana Gold & Diamond Holdings). Mr. Bloch was directly responsible for listing AGDM on the NASDAQ exchange.
Andy Chauser, Vice President, Business Development
Brings extensive experience in management, medical marketing to diabetics, and serves as liaison to corporate partners in raising capital, conducting clinical trials, and generally advancing the Company’s business.
Oswaldo del Castillo Director, Intellectual Property & Manufacturing
Brings strong business experience as an Engineer, Universidad Central De Venezuela, MBA Université de Bruxelles, and MPA University of York. As Director of French-Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce and External Relations Director at Merck, Sharp & Dohme-Venezuela, and International Patents and Publications Director at Centro Medico Adaptógenos, his responsibilities for patents and manufacturing liaison provide important product integrity protection.
William Esteves, Marketing Director
With over 25 years of experience in Venezuela and Latin America, his areas of expertise in marketing are covering healthcare, finance, banking, technology, consumer products and durable goods. He is also President of Task Gestión Estratégica - a company dedicated to marketing & strategic consulting. Former Vice President of Marketing, Communication and Image of Consorcio Fonbienes (Venezuela and Peru) and Autofinanciera (Colombia), he also was in charge of different former positions: President of DMS Rapp Collins (Venezuela), Vice President of Fischer Grey (Grey Group Worldwide), General Manager & CEO of Fischer Grey Linea Directa (Grey Direct), Vice President of McCann Erickson Venezuela, Vice President and member of the board of CORPA/Ogilvy & Mather and Marketing Director of BDM Bank (Microenterprise Development Bank). Speaker in several conferences in Latin America about integrated communications, advertising and direct marketing.

Anatoly Antoshechkin MD, PhD previously worked at the Soviet Institute of Space Research, the Russian Institute of Molecular Genetics and as a scientific consultant to the Russian Olympic Committee. He holds a medical degree from First Moscow Medical Institute, a doctorate in Molecular Genetics, and is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences.
Roberto Guzman, MD is a cardiologist at Universidad de Carabobo, Coronary Care Unit (CCU) University Hospital, Universidad Central and National Social Security (Venezuela) and is head of cardiology at Centro Medico Docente Adaptógenos. He holds a post graduate degree in cardiology (Universidad Central).
Francis Améndola, MD is a physician at Universidad Central de Venezuela and serves as Scientific Advisor for Centro Medico Adaptógenos. He completed his surgical residence at Clínica Santa Sofía and holds a post-graduate degree in Health Management (UCAB).
Antonio Salom, MD is an internal medicine physician at UCV, Caracas and serves as Intensive Care Unit Director (Red Cross, Hospital Carlos J. Bello) and Medical Supervisor at Centro Médico Docente Adaptógenos. He completed his post graduate studies at Universidad del Zulia, Maracaibo and Centro Medico Caracas.
Sydney González, MD is an internal medicine physician at Universidad Central de Venezuela. He received his post graduate degrees in internal medicine and gastroenterology and completed surgical residence at Clínica Santa Sofía. He serves as Scientific Advisor at Centro Medico Adaptógenos.
